The 4 parts of everyone

JOHARI WIndow is a classification about what you know and don’t know about yourself. To boost growth in various aspects of life, you need to initiate Awareness process on all 4 parts.

The fastest way to improve ourselves starts with improving our thoughts. To do that starts with reducing mental noise. 5 minutes calmness exercise daily in the morning. If the thoughts that came are not within our span of control say thank you and let it pass. After a while add another 5 minutes in the afternoon.

Tingkap JOHARI ialah pengkelasan yang kita ketahui dan tidak ketahui berkenaan diri kita sendiri. Untuk memulakan proses Kesedaran atau Kenali Diri, kita perlu memulakan dengan cara memperbaiki cara kita berfikir.

Buat permulaan, kita perlu mengurangkan kebisingan akal dengan cara duduk diam 5 minit setiap pagi. Kita perhatikan lintasan fikiran yang sedang berlaku. Mana-mana lintasan yang berkaitan perkara yang bukan bawah kawalan kita, kita ucapkan terima kasih dan biarkan dia berlalu.
